Betbox Terms & Conditions – The Complete Guide to Using the Platform

1General Terms & Overview

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") govern the use of the Betbox platform and all its services. By registering on Betbox or using any of its services, you agree to these Terms.

Betbox is an online betting and casino platform operating under an international gaming licence, designed primarily for users in Bangladesh with full service available in Bangla.

• These Terms are available in both Bangla and English. In the event of a conflict between the two versions, the English version shall prevail.
• Betbox reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email or posted on the platform.
• Continued use of the service after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2Account Rules & Eligibility

To open a Betbox account, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. A national ID card or passport may be requested for age verification.
• Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed, and balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. Accounts created with false details may be suspended at any time.
• Keep your login credentials (password, OTP) completely confidential. You must not allow any third party to access or use your account.
• The account holder is responsible for any unauthorized use of their account.

Completing the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process is mandatory for withdrawals. You will need to submit a photo of your National ID or passport along with a recent selfie.

3Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Betbox currently supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. There are no additional charges on any transaction.

• Minimum deposit ৳200 and minimum withdrawal ৳500.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000. This limit may be increased for users with a higher VIP tier.
• Withdrawals can only be made to your own registered mobile number. Sending funds to another person's number is not permitted.
• Betbox reserves the right to temporarily hold any withdrawal if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity or irregular transactions.
• Before making a withdrawal, you must wager at least the deposited amount once (1x wagering requirement).
• If a payment fails, the funds will be returned to your original mobile wallet — typically within 3 business days.

4Bonus & Promotion Terms

Betbox offers a range of bonuses — including a Welcome Bonus, Reload Bonus, Cashback, and Loyalty Points. Individual terms apply to each bonus.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Rollover requirement is 5x — meaning you must wager five times the combined total of your deposit and bonus.
• If the rollover requirement is not met within 30 days of bonus activation, the bonus will be forfeited.
• The same person, IP address, or device may not claim a bonus more than once.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly – it will be transferred to your main balance only after the rollover requirement has been met.
• Some games do not contribute — or contribute less — toward the bonus rollover. Full details are specified in each bonus offer.
• Betbox reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5Betting Rules & Odds Policy

Make sure you understand the following rules before placing any bets on Betbox. Failure to comply may result in bet cancellation.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the match is postponed or another exceptional circumstance applies.
• Bets are settled at the published odds. For live betting, odds are subject to change — the odds at the time of bet confirmation are final.
• If a match kicks off earlier than scheduled, all bets other than in-play bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed indefinitely, the bet is voided and the stake is returned.
• If a technical error causes incorrect odds to be displayed, Betbox reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected across multiple accounts on the same event and outcome, an investigation will be launched.

In Live Casino games (such as Live Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat), bets cannot be changed once a round has begun. If your connection drops mid-game, the server log will determine the final outcome.

6Code of Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Betbox is committed to maintaining a fair and secure environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Bonus Abuse — placing minimal-risk bets specifically to meet bonus wagering requirements, or systematically exploiting bonus offers.
• Using funds obtained through money laundering or illegal sources on betbox.
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Gaining an unfair advantage through software bots, automation, or other technical means.
• Harassing other users, using offensive language, or threatening the customer service team.
• Operating an account using a false identity.

7Account Closure & Termination

Either the user or Betbox may close an account at any time.

• To close your account yourself: Go to the "Responsible Gaming" section in your account settings. Use the Cooling Off option (1 day to 6 months) or Self-Exclusion. You can also contact support directly to deactivate your account.
• If you have a remaining balance before closing your account, please withdraw it first. If KYC is complete, you may still claim your balance after closure.
• Closed by Betbox: Betbox may close an account without notice in cases of terms violations, fraud, or security risks.
• If an account is closed, any active bonus balance will be forfeited. However, the real balance — excluding rollover amounts — will be returned.

8Liability Limits

Betbox is not liable for the following:

• Losses resulting from internet disconnection, power outages, or failures of third-party services.
• Account losses resulting from the user sharing their own password or login credentials with another person.
• Payments may be delayed or fail due to incorrect account information provided by the user.
• Force majeure events – including natural disasters, government orders, cyberattacks, and similar circumstances.

9Changes to Terms & Contact

Betbox reserves the right to update these Terms as needed. When changes are made:

• Prior to significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email or posted on the platform.
• The updated terms take effect from the date the changes are made.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
• If you disagree with any of these terms, please stop using the service and contact support to close your account.
